What You’ll Do:

• Meet with pre-qualified leads and generate new business through local outreach and networking
• Present custom sunroom solutions tailored to each client’s needs and budget
• Guide homeowners through the design, quoting, and contract process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a smooth experience from initial consultation to final close

What You Bring:

• Proven sales experience (in-home, construction, or remodeling sales a plus)
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Strong self-motivation and drive to meet/exceed goals
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Basic understanding of home construction is a bonus

This is a subcontractor role — perfect for skilled installers who take pride in their work. You must have your own truck, tools, WSIB, and aluminum brake.

What You’ll Do:

• Build sunrooms, home additions, patio covers, and screen rooms for residential homes
• Perform footings, framing, exterior wood siding, and deck construction
• Install windows, doors, and sunroom structures
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and sketches
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining high craftsmanship

What You Bring:

• Your own set of tools, including an aluminum brake
• Current WSIB coverage
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must have own truck)
• 5–10 years of carpentry and/or framing experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches
• Knowledge of Workplace Safety procedures
• Pride in your work and attention to detail
