We’ll review the plans with you and make any necessary adjustments before finalizing your project, ensuring everything is just right before moving forward.

If you’ve approved your design and quote, Congratulations! We’re excited to move forward with you and begin the next stages of bringing your dream space to life.
We’ll secure your project with a deposit, confirming your approval and allowing us to place your order and begin planning the next stages of your new sunroom.

At Four Seasons Sunrooms & Additions, we believe every detail matters. Before construction begins, our project manager will complete a thorough site evaluation to ensure everything is ready for your new sunroom.
This includes verifying measurements, reviewing site conditions, and identifying any details that may need to be addressed before the build begins.

Before we move forward, you'll receive the completed drawings for your review and approval, giving you the opportunity to confirm that the design accurately reflects your vision and project details.
Once you’ve signed off, we’ll proceed with the permit application process and manage the necessary steps on your behalf to keep your project moving forward.

Once your architectural drawings have been reviewed and approved, we’ll manage the necessary building permit process on your behalf. Because requirements and approval processes can vary between municipalities and building departments, we work closely with the appropriate offices to ensure all required documentation is submitted correctly and your project meets local regulations.

After your permit is approved and all project requirements are in place, your custom sunroom moves into production. Your materials are carefully manufactured to the approved design and prepared for delivery, bringing you one step closer to seeing your new space take shape.

When your materials are ready, we’ll coordinate delivery to your home and schedule our skilled installation crew. From there, our team will bring your sunroom to life, handling every detail with care and attention throughout the build. You can relax knowing your new sunroom is in experienced hands from start to finish!
